Terms of Service

By accessing or using Easy GA4 Reports ("the Service") at easyga4reports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Easy GA4 Reports is a web application that helps small businesses and website owners visualize and understand their Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data. The Service provides:

• Google OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access your GA4 account
• Read-only access to your GA4 properties and analytics data
• Visual reports including traffic trends, top pages, demographics, and traffic sources
• Insights and suggestions based on your analytics data

• You must have a valid Google account with access to at least one GA4 property to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• You authorize us to access your GA4 data in read-only mode when you sign in through Google OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account Permissions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to access GA4 properties you do not have permission to view

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• We access your GA4 data in read-only mode only
• We do not store your analytics data on our servers
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS

The Service uses Google API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

The reports and insights generated by the Service are based on data from the Google Analytics Data API. While we strive to present accurate information:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed
• Reports are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions
• Any insights or suggestions provided are automated and should be evaluated with professional judgment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy GA4 Reports and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
• Decisions made based on reports generated by the Service
• Unauthorized access to your Google account (not caused by us)

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your GA4 data), is the property of Easy GA4 Reports. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your GA4 data remains your property. We claim no ownership over any data accessed through your Google Analytics account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the Service at any time by logging out and revoking access through your Google account settings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
