Easy GA4 Reports ("we", "our", or "the Service") is operated from easyga4reports.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By using Easy GA4 Reports, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Google Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture

This information is used solely to identify you within the application and is stored temporarily in your browser session.

2.2 Google Analytics Data

With your explicit authorization, we access your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property data in read-only mode. This includes:

• Website traffic metrics (page views, sessions, users)
• Traffic sources and channels
• Page-level performance data
• Geographic and device demographics
• Event and conversion data

We use the Google Analytics Data API with the analytics.readonly scope, which means we can only read your data. We cannot modify, delete, or write any data to your Google Analytics account.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your Google password
• We do not store your Google Analytics data on our servers
• We do not collect payment or financial information
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you via Google OAuth 2.0
• List the GA4 properties you have access to
• Generate analytics reports based on your GA4 data
• Display insights and suggestions based on the report data

All data processing happens in real-time when you request a report. We do not store, cache, or retain your analytics data after your session ends.

• Session-based authentication: Your Google OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted server-side session that expires when you log out or close your browser.
• No persistent data storage: We do not store your GA4 analytics data in any database. Reports are generated on-the-fly and not saved.
• HTTPS encryption: All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
• Google Cloud infrastructure: Our Service is hosted on Google Cloud Run, which provides enterprise-grade security and compliance.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth 2.0 — for authentication. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics Data API — to fetch your GA4 data (read-only access).
• Google Cloud Run — for hosting our application.
• Google Tag Manager — for analytics on our own website (easyga4reports.com).

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or Google Analytics data with any third parties. Your data is only accessed to generate reports for you within the application.

• Revoke access: You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.
• Log out: You can log out at any time, which clears your session data from our servers.
• Data deletion: Since we do not persistently store your data, there is nothing to delete. Logging out removes all session data.

Easy GA4 Reports' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
